Robert D. Carreker, CPA
As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bob has provided quality fullservice tax preparation and business advisement for over 20 years. He gained extensive experience in large tax consulting firms where he provided tax planning for individuals, corporate and partnership tax returns. Today, Bob brings his expertise and exceptional service to those interested in the knowledge of a large tax firm but with the care of an independent CPA.
Bob places high importance on his profession, his community, and his family. Clients can expect thorough, ongoing communication and exceptional service. He works diligently to find the very best solutions for his clients.
Veterinarian practices hold a special interest for Bob. His wife, Melissa, is a veterinarian and small business owner. This provides him an appreciation of what is involved in running a veterinary hospital and business. Even though he has varying professional services clients, many are current and retired veterinarians.
Bob and Melissa enjoy traveling. This provides Bob the opportunity to practice his amateur photography. He has a daughter currently attending the University of Georgia and looks forward to attending football games in the Fall.
Being active in the community, he also serves as a board member and treasurer for the non-profit, Vision Rehabilitation Services of Georgia which helps blind or visually impaired individuals to function and perform daily activities, independently.
Bob graduated from both the University of Georgia and Georgia State University.
He has also completed the Dale Carnegie Course (2016).
